Helping clients make positive social change through graphic design and writing is my passion, which is why I founded Amina Derbi Creative LLC. In addition to being the Founder and President of Amina Derbi Creative, I am a graphic designer and writer based in New Jersey, about an hour from Manhattan. Previously, I lived and worked in the Washington, DC area. I like to joke — and even wrote in an artist’s statement once — that DC is a small town dressed up like a city, nearly everyone knows someone you know, and there’s familiarity in the eyes of every stranger you meet.
Finding that familiarity and making connections in a world full of contradictions and chaos is what I strive to do when creating pieces for clients which resonate with their audiences and expand their impact. Critically thinking about each project while harnessing the power of visual and written tools ensures that every piece creates a meaningful experience every time.
